Struttura decadente rubinetteria rotta pulizia discutibile ovviamente dopo aver fatto la macabra scoperta che un signore anziano risiede la da molti anni , persona che ha bisogno di assistenza lasciata al suo destino età da ospizio, personale inesistente solo il titolare confuso che fa da cheff cameriere e quant altro, cibo scadente e portate ridicole reception inesistente tempi di attesa esagerati!!

Splendida accoglienza di Raffaele e lo staff. Albergo piacevole, cucina eccellente, terrazza mozzafiato. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Il borgo di Milo tranquillo e delizioso, accanto a cantine dalla storia affascinante (I vigneri tra tutti) e a due passi dai Monti Sartorius, che offrono uno splendido punto di vista dell'Etna. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Excellent emplacement au pied de l'Etna.
Notre chambre etait spacieuse et tres propre.
L'accueil a ete chaleureux et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir manger sur place. Le repas etait excellent.

Tutto fantastico, dall’accoglienza che ti fa sentire a casa ai pasti, tutti di ottimo gusto. Raffaele molto gentile e cortese ti fa sentire a casa come pochi. Ritorneremo sicuramente a fargli visita.

This property was a great find for exploring Mount Etna. The room was basic but clean and soon soon felt like home after emptying your suitcase! Travelling with two teenage boys, we had a quadruple room and a view of Mount Etna from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner on the roof top terrace and the food was excellent! We stayed for three nights and also ate at another excellent pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. Parking is limited but we always found a space opposite the hotel. This hotel is a great base for exploring Mount Etna.

Lovely friendly staff and lovely hotel but away from everything except Etna very limited transport available. Etna is worth a visit best to take one of the organised tours for the best experience.

Raffaele mi ha accolto al MiloMax, facendomi sentire come a casa. La flessibilità e cortesia (e la cucina 😍) sono il suo mestiere. Un ottimo posto dove stare e una terrazza da adorare. L'hotel MiloMax è il posto perfetto per visitare la zona
