I would never stay or recommend this property. The management lacks customer service and flexibility. Pool was closed due to a chemical treatment. Sign was displayed on one side of the pool entrance and folks were going in from the other side. They had been exposed to chemical solutions. Again poor managed and safety of customers

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité du ferry. Idéal pour sortir le soir.. Les chambres sont bien mais le tarif est très élevé par rapport au standing.. Dommage que la climatisation souffre directement sur le lit. Nous sommes restés 3 jours sans ménage dans la chambre.
Sachant que l'on ne doit pas mettre le papier toilette dans la WC, il sera agréable que les poubelles soient vidées tous les jours. On ressent la crise dans l'hôtel du sûrement aux nombreux Airbnb sur l'île. Pas de petit déjeuner de proposer, le bar de la piscine est abandonné. Belle piscine a l'eau de mer mais ouverte 2 jours sur 3. Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre de photos

The property is in a great position - beautiful building - however our stay was for three days - despite notice that staff come through on the second and third to replace towels and bedsheets - not one person came through our room and reception had no idea until I informed them at check out. The pool did not open until the last day of our stay - we arrived July 3 and departed July 6. The restaurant was not open - it just seemed they were unprepared for the season as usually hotels begin their preparation for summer season in March mostly. It was a shame because we were really looking forward to our stay.

The property is in an amazing location.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were clean and had all the basics needed.
The mattresses were extremely stiff.
The pool was broken.

Ci sono hotel 2 stelle dignitosi ma questo non è uno di quelli. Struttura vecchia e non curata. Avevamo prenotato e pagato 3 notti, ma ne abbiamo fatta una sola a causa delle camere oscene con bagni vergognosi. Abbiamo cambiato camera, la prima era soffocante, la seconda oscena piena di zanzare senza tende né una zanzariera una sola lampada da letto, lo scarico del wc perdeva x cui bisognava chiudere la chiave di arresto. Tavoletta del wc tenuta con una vite. Peccato perché è in una ottima posizione ed una bella area piscina. Ovviamente le 2 notti non usufruite non rimborsabili. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Die Fotos und Beschreibung sind eine Lüge! Es gibt keinen Café, keinen Frühstück und keine 24 stunde Rezeption. Haben wir über € 200, pro Nacht bezahlt und nicht einmal Wasser im Zimmer oder das Café am Pool. Pool war teilweise trüb. Würde nie empfehlen!

I’ve never stayed in anything so terrible. My room was in terrible condition and completely infested with mosquitos, spiders and spider webs and bugs. I asked them to clean it and told them I would be out for a couple hours and expected the bugs to be cleaned out when I was back. There were so many in the shower it was not possible to shower.
The lady working at the desk the entire time I was there did absolutely nothing and when I came back, no one had cleaned my room when I went to the front desk she said “yes they informed me they didn’t have time to clean it” I spent one night in there, I was eaten alive I have bites all over me from who knows what and I had to wear my noise cancelling head phones all night to avoid hearing the buzzing around me. You are better off staying on the beach for free. Worst experience ever.
