The hotel is not bad, but better than the hotel is the service of Ctrip Because of the problem of bringing pets in the hotel, cats and cats are not accepted, so the staff of Ctrip helped me find a hotel that can bring cats and cats, and also helped me confirm the questions I wanted to know. Overall, I am very impressed. The room and bathroom were excellent and very clean. Staff were very courteous. Only negative experience was with the TV. I did not get Chromecast working on my iPhone and gave up after a few minutes of trying. Yes, I plan to stay here again next time.

A very pleasant experience. Clean rooms with good size rooms plus extremely polite staff. The only disappointing part of the stay was breakfast.. THE cleaning lady would already knock at 10am and the second time at 10:40 without waiting till the checkout time.

I stayed a total of 5 nights at this hotel, I've stayed before, but only a night or two at a time. This hotel has potential to be much better. I had some issues during my stay and almost left, but Paul (front desk) and Esperanza (cleaning attendant) definitely changed my mind about cutting my stay short. Paul was so amazing! No matter what issues I may have had, he was always friendly, accommodating, and never ever made me feel like a bother! Esperanza was such a delightful person. She came to clean my room and was so nice and helpful. I hadn't experienced service like this in a while. These two individuals truly are what customer service is and they are such an asset to this hotel. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the rooms, the shower barely gets lukewarm, decor is old and outdated, the restaurant isn't open for lunch or dinner and tv's could use a tech upgrade i.e., smart tv.

This is the only hotel we can stay whenever we come to Milpitas/San Jose/Santa Clara to visit family and friends or attend special events like 49er games. We love staying here, this is like our second home! We used to live across the street and rented their Event rooms many times in the past for my kids' parties and other celebrations. This place holds a special place in my heart, brings back so many memories of my children, now in their 20s, whenever I'm here. I appreciate the staff, always friendly and accommodating/welcoming! Our rooms are always clean. We never had any issues in the past. Thanks Embassy Suites Milpitas for the wonderful memories! We will definitely be back!

I wanted to book this hotel in Crowne Plaza without booking it. Later I found that there was a big road with Crowne Plaza. We brought a 5-year-old child, no extra bed, parking lot but parking is charged, the location is very good, we are using Google Maps navigation, the next high speed, no breakfast at the hotel

Stayed two nights and used the small conference room for a business meeting. The room surpassed my high expectations with a very comfortable bed, a hot shower with refreshing pressure and spray pattern, very clean, comfortable, and a HUGE TV. I was impressed with how easy it was to project Netflix from my iPad to the TV. The internet service was fast, uncomplicated and flawless. Every staff member I interacted with was talkative, friendly and committed to service. I travel often and wish every hotel met this level of excellence.

Water pressure in the shower is extremely low and makes showers take longer. The manager is stingy. I paid for 2 guests with breakfast, but because she only saw 1 guest she didn’t want to give 2 breakfast vouchers for each day. Also, was a mix up on what time my room could be made up. I was told my room couldn’t be made up later than 2:30pm. I never saw that anywhere in writing.

For the three-star hotel with free parking, the workday accommodation in Silicon Valley is too expensive and the requirements cannot be too high. Breakfast is ok, better than domestic Samsung. The room facilities are a bit old, but they are large, and the sound insulation is not very good. The front desk is very welcoming, and someone can make hot water 24 hours a day.

I stayed here for 4 nights which is a mistake and should stayed at HGI or embassy suite since I’m a Hilton loyal. The location was great, but the room was not. Tommy TV never worked and when I told them the 1st night they said they can not do anything. Had to wait for 3 rd day to get a service guy who told me I need to rest the box in the back. Every time I do the rest, it takes the TV 20-30 minutes to come back and whine an hour I lose the signal. They should just replaced the TV or the BOX. They did offer moving me on the 3rd day, but all my stuff were all over and I only come back at 9 pm and leave at 7 am so I did not find it I should move. At checkout the front desk promised a compensation to room charges but it never happen. He even promised he will call me when he talk to the manager, i never got the call. I guess customer service is not in their dictionary. Not recommending this place if they do not fix these issues and fix my charges for unsatisfactory stay. Hampton inn has 100% satisfaction guarantee or the stay is free. I’m not asking for free. A courtesy call from the their management would have gone a long way to show they care. I guess they do not care.
