This was the most run down Hilton hotel room we have ever stayed in. First, I want to say that the front desk staff treated us well. This review is not a reflection on the service that we received from them and the service was very good. However, the hotel is in need of serious updating, and our junior suite was quite dismal. The wood veneer was all peeling off the window sills in sheets, the shiny silver wallpaper and black furniture felt very dated and drab, the top of the desk in the room was literally broken in half and it looked like they put grey putty in to try to hold it together. It was all very tacky. If this were a cheap roadside motel, I would figure that I got what I paid for however this room was in a Hilton, and was $369 per night, so this is unacceptable. This room and any others in like condition should be taken out of service until renovated. I would not stay at this hotel again if I were in Saratoga nor can I recommend it based on my experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of this property and their staff. I managed a large group reservation during Belmont Stakes weekend, which happened to also be during the height of wedding season, and their staff was INCREDIBLE. I travel a LOT for work, and deal with a LOT of different hotel staff and this team was truly outstanding. From the front desk team to the bell staff and the housekeeping department, the service was above and beyond helpful. They understood my needs and went out of their way to not only meet them, but to make me personally feel welcomed and give me peace of mind. I will 10000% book there again.

Hotel was super convenient for the beer summit staff was very nice and welcoming. We had a room on the 4th floor hallway smelt like **** the first day. Also there ac/ heat didnt work till I texted them. Once I did they fixed it remotely immediately. Building could use some updating.Over all a good stay will definitely book there next year.

Location was great. Late night food wasn’t bad. Staff friendly. As for the room….liked that it had microwave and fridge and updated shower. But. The shower drain was slow and the water pooled almost overflowing. There wasn’t really anywhere to hang towels. We had a missing wall mirror across from closet. The carpeting could’ve been cleaned better- there were white crusty globs in a couple spots and red stain in another area. The pool was quite cold for an indoor pool.
