This hotel will rip you off and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. I reserved 3 rooms for a Sunday night at the end of April but saw that I wasn't going to make it by Sunday and called to change the reservation to Monday night. No problem they said and changed the reservation. Today (May) they charged my card $450 for what they like to call no call/no show even though I did call. I even made sure when I checked out on Tuesday morning that I wasn't being charged for Sunday night also and the desk clerk said no. I travel a lot and I can assure you I will never stay at another Best Western due to the treatment from this one hotel. Corporate said there is nothing they can do about it but there's something I can do about it. That's the beauty of word of mouth and sites like TripAdvisor.

We arrived too early to get in the room but were allowed to enjoy the pool. How nice. We had it to ourselves. It was clean and well maintained. The room was equally comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast was typical and was not crowded at all. Enjoyed two nights which visiting Navarre Bch

At first I had a room with king size bed. It was perfect for just me. However, there’s a door for an adjoining room. I could hear everything next door….which meant they could hear me especially on the phone. Not good. The doors to the rooms are heavy and slam to shut. So everyone coming and going can be heard in the hallway. There’s little to no sound proofing.
Since all king size rooms have an adjoining door, I was moved to a room with two full size beds.

Great location just off the 10 highway, no dining nearby. All the staff were exceptional. Breakfast is great. Rooms are average, but comfy. I would staybhere again and recommend to friends.

We did not have hot water for 3 days. Our toilet was not flushing and t maintenance had to come every day. The manager ignored the fact that we had horrible service and acted like everything was good. The manager has refused to call me back.
