We were placed in extremely warm rooms with no air conditioner. the breakfast for the kids was charged, where they said in the beginning the kids eat for free.

Easy Check in, Room was clean and tidy, Food was good at the restaurant, Swimming pool was quite small but adequate. It does have sauna and the GYM seemed well equipped although i never used it.

Ok hotel but the barking dog all night because they promote it being pet friendly meant my mrs could not sleep at all. Waste of money if you need to sleep unless you are certain at check in to ask them to give you a room not near pets.

Good swimming pool and sauna. Very clean rooms are good for the family to stay. Definitely come here again:)

Staff very polite and helpful. The room very clean and well stocked for the stay.
The one down fall is breakfast says serving until midday we went at 10.30 and it was closed. Disappointing as we had already paid for breakfast and unfortunately could not get a refund.

This was our first visit to Novotel restaurant and we were greatly surprised by level of service and quality of the food. We have ordered Salmon with sweet fries and food was lovely! We then wanted to finish our lunch with coffee, but couldn’t decide which one! We were recommended Iced latte by Michelle despite not being on menu, which was great giving every hot day! We also never had Iced latte before so will have more from now! We will surely come back again, lovely experience. Warm thanks Laura

We checked into the hotel without a problem. Ivana was very helpful. The swimming pool was nice, clean and warm. But the main reason I am writing this review is because we experienced something amazing in the hotel restaurant. I have a son with hearing impairment and he has never been able to socialise with anyone in any restaurant, but last night a very lovely server called Michelle talked with our son in sign language, she greeted us, asked him what he would like, asked him if he wanted ice cream and even if he wanted to play. We were in awe and so happy for this great service and her skills. Thank you Michelle. We will definitely be back.
