Travelodge Milton Keynes the Hub Hotel

The location is good and the staff is very helpful. The hotel includes free parking!

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409. I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

Simple straight forward stay, great location. Greeted at reception quick and easy check in. Room clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Our stay was for a theatre shopping trip and was very conveniently located. Secure car park to park overnight. Would stay again.

The service provided is great at the Hotel. Had Mohammed at the reception who was friendly and checked us in quickly. Provided all the information required for our stay. Parking was right opposite. Just doesn't seem fair that we have to pay for WiFi. Otherwise everything else was great at the reception and bar. Would visit again.

The hotel members are highly professional. The service of the hotel workers are very good at their jobs. The rooms are very clean and the food is wonderful. The ambience, environment, accessibility is welcoming and lovely. A stone throw from the train station makes it easy for travellers. Right from the gate, you are greeted with air of hospitality, love and calmness both by the environment and the workers. The attendance at the reception treat one with humanity and care. Explanation about parking the parking provisions which is lovely. We parked easily with the assistance of the hotel attendants. The bar is fantastic. The bar attendants on duty are some of the best I have seen in the very recent time. The icing on the cake is the loving attitude and the friendly reception from the manager on duty. Though, I did not ask of his name he spoke to me at about 7.15pm on the 17th of May when I checked in.

What makes this hotel is the staff. This is a usual Travelodge, basic but nice. Excellent location only 15 mins from the train station. Parking is limited but again the staff give you full details of when the parking outside starts charging and you can then get a space the day after. Breakfast was included and was ok BUT the real plus here is Kelly and Jacinta. We stayed in the hotel for a meal after getting back from London late and they went over and above for my son whose birthday it was. So helpful and so kind nothing was too much trouble. These ladies are a credit to the hotel
