The original room I was assigned had a broken AC unit, which made loud electrical crackling noises whether it was on or off. The front desk attendant said to just not use it, and when I asked for a room change said it would be "too much effort" to do so. I ended up getting my room swapped to an upgraded room - one with a window. The room I stayed in clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time - there were stains on the curtains, dirt in the cubby by the bed, and loose wiring under the bed. There was also dust, rust and mould in the shower and bathroom. I ended up cutting my trip short, and getting a lift home with a friend as I was unable to stay there, and unable to get another hotel room in the area due to the football. Would strongly not recommend staying here.

Hairs at the bottom of my bed, didn't realise until the morning. Disgusting. Looked like someone shaved their beard there. Room obviously not properly clean.

It is great that the hotel is so clean. I have requested for a quiet room, and the hotel provide me a great room that fit my request. Friendly people

Although the rooms are a bit small the staff made up for it. Very close to the central station 12 mins walk. The bed is cosy with good wifi All in all had a good stay. The only thing was they didn't have any desk, table or chair in the room to sit or put something on. Also, no other amenities like toothbrushes or paste etc are available. Aside from that, Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help. ( EaoJoy)

It was very clean, resepsionist was super kind hotel was in the middle of the city extremely good.

Excellent stay I would recommend to everyone that’s visiting Milton Keynes to stay at way hotel , staff are amazing and nice spacious clean rooms I certainly would revisit thank you

This hotel is very well located and parking is cheap and free overnight. There are many places to eat or drink nearby. The hotel is clean and tidy, staff pleasant. The only slight downside is the rooms have quite thin walls so if you're a light sleeper that could be an issue, and the rooms have limited space for clothes storage (if staying for many days), but for a short business trip and for the price it is great.

Honestly I need my money refunded. The rooms were tiny and the bathroom was unclean. Someone came and cherry door knocked my room and it was a very very disappointing time that I had to end up checking out early on the same day and ended up staying somewhere else,

Needed a hotel for 1 night close to Kent’s Hill conference and training. Spotlessly clean. Reception super friendly and helpful. Plenty of amenities in the area. No parking on site, but only 30 second walk and 50p and hour parking. Definitely use again

Cheap and easy!! Nice and clean, tad noisy in the mornings as I was given a room close to the exit door but it’s expected, I work nights and was given late check out on the house which was nice. Thanks for pleasant stay.

Said latest check in time was 6am and didn’t let me in as it was after 4am and tried saying I have to pay another £97 on top of what I’ve already paid and still had to check out at 10am the same morning. I have travelled all the way up from Cornwall. I am fuming.

The location is real in the city centre, supermarket, and shopping centre. I really recommend it. Unfortunately, my dad had brain cancer. I made a reservation on the wrong date; the Indian staff (sorry, I can't remember his name) corrected it and let me check in. The world needs human beings like this staff. Congratulations! I will be back one day, for sure.

Very small room, almost no space to walk. Like the budget airlines, this is a budget hotel. Only got a bed to sleep. No table or chair. 2 hangers mounted on the wall to hang your clothes. The air-conditioning was pretty bad, it felt suffocating. You get no water to drink, not even a glass. No intercom or no way to contact with reception.

“EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY” would be a definite understatement. It was everything you could possibly need in a hotel for the very best price. Staff and manager were excellent too. Would definitely recommend.
