Charter House Serviced Apartments - Shortstay MK

Deluxe apartment was anything but. Staff were really friendly, although we seem to have been double charged. The outside and view is amazing and great secure parking however the no smoking apartment was a let down. When we reached our apartment the very strong smell of ********* coming from the neighbouring apartment was overwhelming. Upon arrival the apartment was unbelievable hot as the heating was on during the heat wave outside. Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t well kept. Cobwebs, dusty cushions on the couch, dusty mirrors and lights. Dirty table, Door handles not on correctly, doors missing from the wardrobe and most of the walls marked or paint flaking off. I felt the floor was dirty as I could feel bits underneath my feet and I one of the bedrooms the wardrobe doesn’t open fully as it hits the bed. See photos
