From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the experience was nothing but exceptional. The service of the hotel was impeccable along with the professionalism of the valet Kyndall. The luxurious accommodations and thoughtful gestures at every turn, this hotel exceeded all expectations.

Kyndall in Valet is sooo helpful. Gave us a great over view of the city and was very helpful. Great service! The hotel is stunning and in a great location in the city. Walking distance so great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful historic hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was meticulously cleaned. The location was great for a River walk or walking to a show we had booked. What more could you ask for!? We’ll be glad to stay here again on our next trip to Milwaukee.

The property was beautiful. The staff were amazing. opened doors, helped with bags. The front desk guy Wilhelm was overly amazing! He messaged me before we had arrived and was so helpful! I would totally stay here again and again if I ever get back to Milwaukee!

London in Valet was great!! 👏🏼 The hotel experience was not so great. No breakfast on weekends, you have to pay $20/ person for breakfast. Check in staff told us the restaurant was open until 2am and was open when we checked in at 3:30, it wasn’t open, it’s open from 5-10. We were told we would get vouchers for breakfast since they do not offer it on weekends, we didn’t so we paid the $40. Room was not the same as the photos, not even close actually. We came here for a show at Fiserv Forum, next time we will look elsewhere for lodging when in Milwaukee. First elevator was incredibly loud, i honestly couldn’t wait to get out of it. 😬

The service was great. The only two issues we had, one greater than the other was that a cigarette, a wrapper and a piece of lettuce were all found under/around the foot of the bed. Also, there were two stains on one comforter. The shower handle was also loose, with a small gap between the wall (forgivable, if the room was well-cleaned). Whether housekeeping did a 'quick' job or what, I'm not sure, but it was a little unsettling that some obvious items were missed during cleaning. Other than that, the place was lovely, shower pressure was good and space was nice.

The staff here are beyond friendly. Front the front desk reception, to the managers, and the cooks/restaurant staff. I really have enjoyed my experience here. This was definitely a home away from home experience. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed!

The front desk staff was great! The heat was not working in my first room. I was transferred to another room which was not adequately cleaned. The front desk manager came to the room and cleaned it himself.

Jamie the valet was so kind and helpful. Went above and beyond getting our bags out of the truck! Such friendly staff at the Garden Inn Hilton downtown! Beautiful hotel very relaxing and safe and secure hotel in the Heart of Milwaukee, WI thanks for helping make our trip one to remember forever ❤️ 😊
