Every thing was nice will book again

My only complaint is all the other clientele who brought kids that likely weren’t all theirs. To the pool. On a saturday in april. The ratio of kids to adults was about 7:1. And the pool area was very crowded.

Overall the stay was nice. The hotel advertises as kid friendly but we had a staff member who shut down any and everything I did with my kids. She had an attitude from the time we checked in to the time she left. The breakfast was okay. They didn’t speak or understand much English but they helped the best they could.

Hot tub needs to be controlled better to many kids jumping in like it is the pool making it inconvenient for those in need

I stayed here on a Sunday night in March during a blizzard. I work at MKE airport and did not want to drive the hour+ time to get home in the snow. I was so impressed with the shuttle service to and from the airport during a Blizzard!! The shuttle was prompt, answered the phone, you can schedule what time you need a pick up. My room was excellent, as was breakfast and the entire hotel staff. The rooms are undergoing renovation and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is centrally located between the airport and downtown. You can literally arrive at either in minutes. This was my second time staying at this location, and wherever I am in Milwaukee, I will certainly return.
