I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member, but was so disappointed in my experience: I wasn't recognized as a Hilton honors member when I checked in | had to switch rooms (after check-in) due to the odor in the room | the phone in the room didn't work | the TV had no local TV stations (or ESPN) available | Wi-Fi in the business center didn't work & there weren't even enough outlets to plug in my laptop. The hotel just feels dirty & old ... and the owners don't seem interested in investing/improving anything. If the Hilton sign wasn't on the front of the building, I would have thought I was staying in a motel! I can't believe Hilton allows this property to carry it's brand.
