Everything was great . Only thing was our broken toilet that would not flush . We were not in our hotel much so it wasn’t a huge bother but still inconvenient.

I will never stay at this hotel..From the minute we checked in to the moment we left it was ine thing after another. I called the hotel directly to confirm there was a pool as stated in the website and if tjere was a refer ans microwave in the rrom and was told yes...well Not no pool no hot tub..electric issues..lady at the check in was rude.......we cpuls leave to another hotel.I already paid un advance... Bathroom was disgusting...Mold all over the ceiling and in the corners...now to health code issue..breakfast..ha...on 11/5 the milk was dated do not use as of 11/5...did not notice that until my child already drank some milk said or rasted funny..ooo it was already curdling... As was the next 4 milks I took....needless to say i dealt with a sick kid all day..Thanks management..and yea I have pictures...

It took 30 minutes the first night to get hot water and 1 hour and 30 minutes to get hot water in the morning the next day. The entire building should be condemned. I'd never go back!

The staff were not dressed professionally nor did they go out of their way to help in any way. It was a most disappointing stay. When I visited the front desk on my way out the girl at the counter made sure she finished her text messages before acknowledging my presence. This downtown hotel has stains on the hallway carpeting. The elevator has cracked floor tiles. My room had stains on the bathtub walls. The wooden vanity had peeling paint and appeared very worn. OMG the hair dryer was disgusting! The carpeting in my room even felt dirty. At least the bed sheets were clean. I've never been so disappointed in a hotel stay. I will never return!

When I arrived to the hotel that I had already paid for, they told me it was overbooked. I have worked in the hospitality industry and regardless they need to find you a room may it be elsewhere and pay for your travel to another hotel. I told them they need to figure something out otherwise I am sleeping in their lobby. The security guard did not take too kindly to that comment. I was eventually found a room that had already been slept in. One of the beds was clearly used and the other was for me. The other bed did not look used so at least I had that. I did not receive any compensation for the mistake on their part. The front desk was only apologetic and did not make up for the inconvenience and dirty room.

I downloaded the app to have the keyless option to get in & out of my room. before arriving to the hotel, I received a text message, saying to report to the front desk, because there was a problem with my room. When I got to the front desk, I was informed by the staff that my chosen room was not available, & that I could choose a different room. I was given room 422! My sister went to take a shower & while barefoot she stepped on HUMAN FECES , the HUMAN FECES was splattered across the floor, bottom of the toilet & the wall of our bathroom. We immediately called down to the front desk & asked if someone can come in properly clean our room. The AGM Domonique had an attitude & told us that she would either clean it or that she would send someone up to clean the room & that also would be given another room. We left out for our event and dinner & did not arrive back to our room until midnight or so when we got back our room bathroom had not been cleaned. We noticed how cold our room was that day it has snowed just about all day because it was a winter storm occurring , the furnace in the room wires were cut and exposed it was so cold that we had to sleep with our coats, shoes, and socks on. We were told that we were going to be giving a different room that night, but it was not available & when we went down to the front desk in the morning, we were told that we would be given another room by the time we came back from brunch. we came back from brunch & a room was still not available to us. We went to the pool & grab something to eat and went shopping & when we got back a room was still not available for us we did not get another room until 7 PM on March 23rd & the room that we were given was a downgraded room from the original room that we rented & paid for it it was very much smaller than a room that we originally paid for. The elevators in the hotel were out of order. There was no trash, cans, refrigerator, or working heat in our room. The food was like rubber. The staff were unprofessional & dressed in street clothes. No one had a uniform on. No one wore a name tag the only way we knew that the staff worked there was because they were behind the front desk. There was no other indicators that they were employees of the Hilton hotels, the pool floor paint was chipping and residue was left on my belongings. I was told by the general manager of this location that I would receive points for a two night stay for a future visit plus a full refund & it is now March 12th And I still have not received my points. I still have not received my refund. I was told several different things in regards to my points that I was supposed to receive and my refund that I was supposed to receive March 24th I was told that after I check out the points will be initiated to be loaded into my account & my refund will be initiated back to my card. March 26. I checked my account & the hotel charge have been fully processed but not as a refund. I called & also initiated a custom
