Service at the front desk for check-in was great, however our room had a terrible odour and was very dirty. Dust, hair and filth on the floors, on the desk lamp and behind bed. It was noisy in the parking lot at the back and not very well lit. Price was reasonable and very close to the airport, but we would never stay again. Did not feel safe at all.

The whole experience was good except for the fact that it is under construction so the ice machine doesn't work the room was dirty when I got to it there was trash under the couch, it basically had to be cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves. And the restaurant that's attached to the hotel is a rip off but other than that it was decent.

The service Trip.com Chatbot provided was terrible:I woke up with bites all over my feet and ankles and legs. The bathroom had food and garbage on the floor. I am so dissatisfied with my stay. I have photos of the bites. And the bathroom was so dirty I couldn’t believe this. The shower tub and walls are deteriorating-

I had to have my room switched twice because mice were running around my room, the hot water barley worked and when I woke up late because I was up all night terrified of the mice scurrying through my stuff they sent up 2 maids to wake me up then proceeded to hurry me out of the room. I couldn't shower or anything. They were more concerned about getting it clean for the next person but the rooms are disgusting no one should be staying in Any of then!!! I asked what they were gong to do for the 3 nights of no sleep I've had, no internet ect and the woman Manger told me nothing and that's exactly what they did nothing!!! Extremely disappointed and outraged!!!

It looked nothing like the website and they tried to accuse me of stealing their towels and trying to charge me for them when there was never any towels in my room in the first place

It was the best experience that I had. I have been at two motels, one was Motel 6 and the other was Travelodge and out of the two I would recommend Travelodge over Motel 6 any day. The people were friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the Internet service was excellent. That is coming from a beginner writer who needs the Internet to write my books.

The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean.
But the room was far away from the lobby. The hotel is very outdated and ran out. But for the price, it’s probably all right.

Staff was nice. Room wasn’t ready on time, cleaning products left in the room upon checking in, roaches in bathroom, washing machine broken, tv had to be fixed. Rough experience, couldn’t pay me to return.
