We stayed at this hotel for the night before a Brewers/Cubs game in Milwaukee. Most notable with respect to the staff was Eddie Morris, who was there when we checked in, when we came back from a walk to Insomnia Cookies (.6 miles away), and when we woke up in the morning. He and the rest of the staff went out of their way to be sure we felt welcomed and had all of the information we needed to enjoy our stay, such as the hours of the restaurant and instructions on how to see the historic 2nd floor brewery exhibit. This hotel stands out not only for great service, but for its true uniqueness. We loved the high ceilings, historic building, and great views. We ate dinner at the OnTap restaurant and found places right nearby for dessert (in the walkable Deer District) and breakfast (convention/entertainment district).
