The room is nice, but parking is inconvenient and the charges are unreasonable. It is recommended to park in the parking lot next to it, which is cheaper!

The reception is terrible! I kept making wrong charges. I had already paid the room fee through Ctrip. I charged three more charges when I checked in, and another room charge when I checked out the next day. They were all wrong. It was me. After I found out, I asked for a refund, and the refund was very complicated. Now I can only wait to see the monthly statement to see if it has been refunded. What a great spot! Everyone here was so friendly, from the front desk staff (snack bag welcoming us!), to the breakfast crew, to our helpful valet, Vince. Hotel was clean, secure, and very affordable. My friend and I were in town for a concert and the staff made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived the service was top notch! Shout out to Raja, Terry and Vince for their help. The valet service was really slick and helped make things smooth for us. The hotel was clean, spacious and the free breakfast was a nice addition.

Excellent service. Rooms were clean and inviting. Only negative was low water pressure in the shower but not much that staff can do about that. Staff were very warm and friendly. Vince and Drew were awesome valet - very friendly and professional.

Great location for Milwaukee Admirals game. Staff was very friendly and helpful from check in to breakfast. Valet parking was helpful and Vince went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Everything was clean. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay with great staff! Sachi and Shala were very helpful and kind. They were pleasant and very helpful from the start all the way through. The place was clean, spacious and the food at breakfast was good too. I will definitely come back!
