Rishav at the front desk went beyond to help make my stay pleasant. He lent me his personal iPhone charger because the nearest store was a good 30 min walk and when I couldn’t locate my Bonvoy number, he spent a good 30 mins trying to find it for me. I was very pleased with my stay.

They didn’t have our room ready until an hour and a half after check in. Air conditioning was broken and even after they came to fix it the room was boiling. Pillows were horrible.

Beautiful hotel with excellent gym equipment. Felt very safe, quiet. Breakfast at Stella was incredible. Housekeeping super accommodating and friendly.

I’ve been to a lot of Marriott properties around the world during my work (and personal) travels, and this one definitely stands out. The facilities were certainly nice, but the service of the staff and quality of the food in the restaurant are what were noteworthy enough for me to stop to write a review. Risha checked me in, then went out of his way to take great care of us during our stay. Our room overlooked the lake, the breakfast was—in the words of my kids—“epic,” and the location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the key areas of downtown Milwaukee. We’ll definitely be back.

This hotel stay was AMAZING starting with our check in with Rishav the front desk representative. He was so kind and patient with helping us find a room with the best view of the lake then went the extra mile to provide my husband with a wonderful birthday gift. The rooms were clean the gym is one of the best I’ve seen. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a great location. Looking forward to coming back this summer. Thanks again Rishav for your great hospitality and wonderful customer service!

Sierra worked at the front desk. She was fantastic and welcoming and helpful every time I asked for assistance. We are a family of 4 with two boys -- we had door dash deliveries, got drinks, breakfast and milk ok multiple days. Each time, Sierra greeted me with a smile, very positive energy and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. She stored our door dash food in the fridge to ensure it didn't melt and that no one took it..she helped me get milk for my boys for breakfast on both Sunday and Monday. She is an excellent asset at the Westin; with someone like her at the front desk, I would definitely stay again. Thanks -Sherman Taylor

Rishav helped my girlfriend and I during our stay here. He is such a great guy, he was so friendly to us and gave us some free comps. He definitely deserves a raise, and he made our experience here excellent. Outside of that, the pricing is pretty good for the area, only downside is the vallet is pretty expensive but it's better than having your car getting broken in to in the available parking across the street. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance, my girlfriend and I even walked to Fiserv and it wasn't too bad. The hotel also has a restaurant located on site and it is very nice. It is on the pricey side for sure, but it's very convenient and the food is amazing. Overall, I loved our experience here and I will definitely stay again when I am in the area

The room was super clean and confortable. Rishav and Sierra were amazing. They gave us great recs on things to do, places to explore and dining hotspots. They are also very relatable people as we talked sports, background and places to visit within USA and abroad. We really loved our stay and would suggest anyone visiting MLK to give it a try. You won’t be disappointed
