Recently visited Milwaukee area on a business trip and stayed at the Journeyman. The place was as comfortable as home and really appreciated the interior design and details. Also great valet service (shout out to Treal).

Very comfortable hotel with exceptional service from check in to check out. I needed to obtain my car from valet early and quickly and Treal came through beautifully. The rooftop bar has great views and a nice selection of drinks and snacks.

Everyone at The Journeyman are always the kindest! From checking in to the restaurant to the valet, every one of their associates has the best attitude! Treal, our valet, was great. He really tries to do the little things to make the experience with the hotel different and on the next level for sure.

We came to Milwaukee for a family wedding. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Such a perfect location, too! Leo from Valet and Louis from inside were incredibly helpful and so nice! If we ever have a reason to visit again, we will definitely be staying at the Kimpton!

Ty was amazing. We were nervous about where to park, and he gave us peace of mind that our car would be taken care of. Great spirit about his work. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. He was there to make this trip with my wife and me seamless from start to finish. Give that man a raise!

Beautiful hotel, excellent experience. The valet Treal was amazing. Extremely friendly, excellent customer service and so helpful. The hotel is in a great spot with Easy walking distance to a great coffee shop and local restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

1st I need to mention their customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Seeing how every single employee (from Valet to reception to restaurant staff) was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional . They made you feel right at home. I will absolutely be staying here again just for the customer service alone!
