A perfect location in the Third Ward. Welcoming and warm lobby. Front desk and check in was smooth and everyone was very accommodating. Great rooftop for drinks and small plates. Our valet- Treal was kind and professional. Helped us with our bags and was moving quickly to help all guests in a timely manner :)

Goes above and beyond, greeted with complimentary beverages as we walked in. Great rooftop. Keelon takes care of the car, 1st class. Rooms are clean and nice, good nice bedding. No fridge in room. Yaaaaaaaahooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Treal was very helpful, he greated us and very respectful. He saw me with my bags and young son and helped me load my bags and wished a well on our travels. Treal also made sure to open doors for us as well. He made my valet experience wonderful very good customer service. He

Outstanding valet service by Treal. Prompt and courteous service all the around. I stayed at an amazing hotel in Milwaukee and never had valet service that was easy to use. Treal provided me with a valet ticket that you use to scan with your phone and shortly after scanning my ticket my car was already ready. Thanks Treal!

Had a great stay here during our visit to Milwaukee. The rooms are comfy and the staff are friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the free happy hour in the lounge and the rooftop bar. Special shout out to Treal and JQ for taking care of our car. The valet guys were real gentleman. It’s a great location and easily walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars.

Treal and his team at Journeyman Hotel in Milwaukee were courteous and helped me with my baggage. I also saw him helping several other customers. My car was ready within 2 minutes of scanning the code. Highly recommend using this service when staying in Mikwaukee

Very nice hotel in great area of city. Very attentive staff, lovely old building with c charm and class. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future Parking in Milwaukee is always a problem, but not here. Valet service was tops - Treal is a Treat!
