建物をリニューアルしていた旅館でした。
お部屋が煙草臭がすごく、喫煙者向けのお宿かもしれません。
朝食がとてもおいしくビックリしました。

全体的に満足ですが、細かい指摘をすると、
水道の出が悪い。トイレの換気扇が作動しない。
の２点が残念でした。

入浴可能時間が、平日だと17時～24時、6時～9時と温泉を売りにしている宿泊施設としては短すぎる。16時にチェックインしたが入浴できなかった、初めての経験であった。ロビーだけはリニューアルしたのかモダンな雰囲気にしているが、その他の大浴場などの施設もかなり古いです。施設が町中にあるので便利ですが、部屋は旧い和室で、眺望もなしです。ビジネス利用なら問題ないとですが、観光で利用すると少し後悔すると思います

内部はリニューアルされてとてもキレイで落ち着きのある内装でした。 フロントの方の対応も丁寧にして頂きました。 ありがとうございます。 築年数が古くて構造上しょうがないのですが、エレベータが無いので、重い荷物を運び上げるのがたいへんでした。 お部屋は広く、エアコンも効いて気持ち良く過ごせました。 久しぶりに浴衣と丹前を来て寛げました。 FREE Wi-Fiも快適に使えました。 お茶がセルフなので、少し遠くまで淹れに行かねばならないのが面倒臭かったです。 晩食は、すぐ向かいの居酒屋さんで摂りました。 割引券があったのでそこへ行ったのですが、とても美味しく頂けて、友達との話も弾みました。 特に郷土料理の「干し肉」が絶品でした。 湯殿は離れになっているので、少し歩きますが、大変気持ちの良い湯殿でした。 露天風呂は、景色が見えないのは少し残念でしたが、湯質も良く広々していました。 逆に、風呂上がりに少し寒い外を歩く方が、身体が締まって体内の熱を逃がさない造りなのだ、と判りました。 ※和風旅館の湯殿はそのために離れてます。 朝からもゆっくりと温泉に浸かれて大満足でした。 素泊まりでしたので、外食しようとしたのですが、このご時世でタイミングが悪かったのか、温泉街のお店はどこも開いておらず、途方に暮れてまた宿に戻り、ご近所の喫茶店を案内していただきました。 助かりました。 ありがとうございます。

We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed.
The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat.
Friendly not flashy.

2泊でお世話になりました お部屋の写真とか見ると和風でとても素敵だったので凄く楽しみにしていきました 玄関入ってロビーは凄く素敵でした 大荷物を持って部屋に入ったら 唖然‼️ 壁紙は剥がれているところが沢山あり タオル，浴衣が入っているところ（クローゼット）を開けたら カビ臭い 畳を歩くとギシギシ凄い音がする トイレもミシミシ音がする テーブルの置いてある（廊下❓縁側）に昔ながらの洗面所 そこは掃除がされてなかった 水を流すとポコポコ音がして なぜか夜中に上の部屋から歩く音がする 水の流れる音がしてとても怖かった 温泉♨️は期待して行ったのですが 凄くカルキの匂いがして 子供かヒリヒリしていたいからもう入らない と言うし 露天風呂には虫がいっぱい浮いていて 花壇？をみたら 草がボーボー 打たせ湯ー使用禁止 全身シャワー使用禁止 夕方17時に入ればきっと掃除した後だからお湯も入れ替えしているから綺麗なはず と思い入りに行きました ビックリ‼️ 掃除は？？？？ してない？？？？ お湯？？？？ 入れ替えしてない？？ 散々です ２日目はもう部屋中カビ臭くて 寝ててもカビの夢を観てしまいました 従業員さんの対応は良かったです でも もう行かない

掃除は行き届いており満足しています。ロビーは改装されてきれいで、お部屋も一部は古いですが綺麗にしてありました。エアコンが古いのか、部屋が乾燥しがちなので、加湿できるといいと思いました。値段相応で温泉を１人でも気軽に楽しめるので良いと思います。クーポンを頂いた居酒屋もよかったです、機会があればまた利用したいです。
