Yunogo Onsen Chikutei

I stayed here for 4 nights this time. I think it's good enough for the price. However, there were differences in cleaning methods depending on the day. Sweets and towels were sometimes replenished lol I felt there were some issues with the staff, such as the bathing tax being charged 200 yen instead of 150 yen on the website. Oh, the foreign staff were polite and nice. Mistake in amount? It was a Japanese staff.

The staff are very friendly, the food is of high quality, and the wagyu beef is of high quality and has a lot of portions. The only drawback is that the room has an open-air bath and the environment is average, and the room facilities are relatively old.

Front desk was nice The open-air bath was like a secret hot spring, so I was excited. Breakfast was delicious However, the hall was like a maze and I almost got lost. The road to the ryokan is narrow, so be careful if you come by car.

First of all, there were no staff at the entrance or in the parking lot, so it was hard to know where to park the car. Perhaps because the plan did not include dinner, there was no guidance to the room, and when I got there after some hesitation, the futon was already laid out. The open-air stone bath was gone, and an open-air bath had been built outside the large communal bath, but it had a very strong chlorine smell. The private bath was very good, but there were no towels, so it was the first time I had to bring one from the room; I wish they had at least bath towels. The kids' corner was the best of any ryokan I've been to, and my children seemed to enjoy playing there.

I was surprised at how well-cleaned it was, even though it was a large hotel. The attentive service and smiling smiles of the staff were at the level of a luxury inn. My husband and I visited the hotel to celebrate our 60th birthday, and all the staff shared their smart celebration and the service talks we received at each visit, so we had a pleasant time. The outside windows of the room were large, so we could see the entire town of Yugo. By coincidence, it snowed in the middle of the night, so when I woke up, I was surprised to see the whole town covered in snow. Just then, the morning sun rose from the mountain in front of us, and it was a beauty that I cannot describe. When I entered the open-air bath, the snow had piled up on the branches and leaves of the bamboo and maple leaves, and it was my first experience of bathing in a snow-viewing bath while looking directly above at the beautiful frost-covered trees. I ended up taking a long bath. The other customers who were in the hot spring with me were on a hot spring trip from Hokkaido to Kagoshima, and they were happy to say that it's rare to enjoy such a natural change in a hot spring! I enjoyed a relaxing time with the service that was just the right distance until the end of the bill. I would like to tell my 60th birthday friend about it. Thank you

The work display and coordinator in the hall are good. It was nice to be able to spend some time in a quiet place. The overseas staff are also working hard and it feels good. The structure of the open-air bath is very good, but is it possible to go across the road? I felt.

I was glad that both the panoramic bath and the open-air bath were available. The breakfast was a typical Japanese style and very filling. I would have preferred the futon to be a bit fluffier. It was thin and painful. Overall it was comfortable.

The location is great, and you can enjoy hot springs and meals, so the price is perfectly balanced!
