The advantage is that it is very convenient and rich to visit, the buffet is also rich, and the price is relatively favorable. The hot springs and thirteen types of Yao baths are great. The only dissatisfaction is that the room has a bit of a smell, which is understandable because of the grounding. In addition, the layout of the room is in addition to the building. Onsen and sauna were incredible - but the location from the carpark to the check-in counter was super inconvenient for travellers with big luggage. Other than that, the bus services are very regular, the buffet was tasty and the room was cosy. Really love the Hobitton feels of this place.

The waiter who speaks Mandarin at the front desk has a very bad attitude! If I don’t like it, I can stop coming next time😨😨😨 Moreover, the facilities are starting to become dilapidated, less than 10% of the people staying there are, and most of the facilities are abandoned🫣Only the restaurant has good service Very satisfied with the vegetarian food and food quality👍🏻

The entire ranch is less crowded than expected, so almost all activities can be arranged immediately without reservation. The hotel includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, with a wide variety of choices to meet the needs of different customers. The room and bed are spacious and the hot spring is very comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied. The only drawback is that there is no transportation connection, which is quite inconvenient if you don't drive.

Way overpriced, basically a 2 star accommodations. Service was not great, amenities were lacking. Facilities and room were very old, and not very well maintained. Food was pretty good though. Will not come back.
