因為大清早要到高千穗峽，選擇先到竹之倉山佐留宿，服務員會說簡單英話，態度友善會帶領介紹，由於要訂３房，本館只能訂到2間、別館1間，喜歡本館房間因為淋浴間在室內不似別館房淋浴要在戶外，雖然別館私人花園內風呂有按摩水潦功能，但風呂面積比本館房內的細一點，而隨行有長者所以別館適合（因為到本館要走一小段斜路），晚餐中規中矩，因當晚客人比較滿，最後三種菜要等一會才完成。飯店整體是比較舊但是含有私人風呂的算是合理，會介紹給喜歡寧靜和私人風呂的人。另外，wifi 只在大堂提供。
