Jigoku Onsen Seifuso

It is the worse hotel that I ever stay in Japan. I made reservation for 2 nights and made payment in advance. I choosed the most expensive food plan for two nights. When I check-in, the hotel inform that hotel would provide the most expensive food plan for only 1 night. Hotel said that it is hotel policy. So I ask hotel why you accepy reservation? Hotel still insist that they would provide the most expensive food plan for only 1 night. I don't accept their simple food plan for another night so I drove 20 KM. to find a restuarant for dinner.
