Very good service once we arrived the hotel. Chinese & some overseas staffs normally can communicate in English, Chinese & Japanese. Comfort room & private spa. we enjoy.

Nice staff 💛💛

Unfortunately it was a cloudy day, but the view from our room was amazing. We apologize for the inconvenience as our child has allergies, but they prepared a separate menu and everything was delicious! The staff were all kind and had a calm impression, making us feel very relaxed. The bath was clean, there were many types of shampoo that you would see in a drugstore, and there were many types of hair dryers, including ReFa and Yanmar, so it was nice to be able to try out a variety of them!

As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be greeted warmly. The waiter was smiling, spoke politely, and had no problem communicating in simple English. The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained, clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and have a rest. Facing Mount Aso, the scenery is beautiful. The room is large, has a private hot spring in the room, and the dinner is rich and delicious. It's about half an hour's drive from Aso Nakadake. It's highly recommended if you're chartering a car or traveling by car.

The environment is elegant, the service is first-class, and the food quality is very good👍The hot spring is so comfortable. There are not many important points, so you can enjoy it slowly in the morning and evening. I will probably come again if I have the opportunity👍👍👍

A very good suite. I have never stayed in such a large room in Japan. It is more than 90 square meters. It is clean and tidy. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool in the room. Since we had two children, we only charged an additional 10,000 yen per person, which included two additional children's breakfasts. There is a waiter who can speak Chinese and the service is considerate and thoughtful.

From check-in, we were treated with utmost hospitality. Since I came from Korea, conversation is difficult. It's not difficult to talk with a translator. You can relax in a quiet location with Mt. Aso in the background. There is a private bath, and there is a separate large bath. I think 2 nights would have been better. I am really satisfied.

The waiter has a very good attitude, good English skills and easy communication. The outdoor hot spring environment is elegant, and the breakfast and dinner are also very good. If I go there next time, I will book a hotel with an independent hot spring.

Gorgeous surroundings but the view while bathing in the private hot spring is blocked. Food overall was delicious but I requested a substitution of sausage for fish at breakfast and the sausage was low quality in sharp contrast to all the other food we had. Staff was exceedingly friendly and accommodating!
