지금 호텔 외부공사 관계로 객실창문을 막아서 외부를 볼수가 없어서
답답하고 황당 했습니다.
공사중에는 손님을 받지 않는게 좋을것 같네요.
예약시 공사관계로 외부를 볼수 없다고 했으면 예약을 안했을 겁니다.

受付時間が21:00までとあったので電話をしたが誰も出なかった。しばらくかけたが、誰も出なかった。しょうがなくメールで質問をし、翌朝返事あり。まだ分からなかったので電話をしたところ、山崎と言う人が出て「その質問はメールを見れば分かりませんか？」と酷い口調で言われた。わからないから電話してるんだが、分かりませんか？ チェックイン時間になっても、誰も案内してくれない。従業員がフロントにいない旅館は初めてです。 大浴場は風呂上がりの休憩所がなく、出た後にゆっくり涼めるイスが欲しい。貸切風呂にもシャンプーリンスを置いて欲しいし、景色にも配慮が欲しい。スダレと駐車場ビューでした。 食事どころのお母さんだけがとても良かった。ホッとしました。 全体的に人手不足、お客さまへの配慮不足。残念です。楽しい旅にしたければオススメできません。
