There was a Korean resident there who was very friendly and quick in answering questions even before check-in. The hot spring water was good too.
The staff I met along the way and the people at the front desk were so friendly that I was disappointed with my one night stay.

A very good choice. Although it is on the other side of Kurokawa, it is very quiet. The hot springs are very beautiful. The view facing the cliff is unique. Private bathing and dining are both very good. It is highly recommended.
