I stayed for one night on November 28-29, and although I turned on the faucet and waited for quite a while, there was no hot water.

Other than that it was very good.
The food was delicious, but I felt it was a little salty.
It seems that many of the people staying at the hotel have jobs that involve physical activity, so for those people it may still be a bit bland.
