マリオットホテルの新しいコンセプトによるホテルに泊まりました。 翌日隣接する奈良市の博物館で正倉院展を見るために、前泊するホテルを探していたところ、マリオットのサービスが格安で受けられる新しいホテルができた。」と聞きさっそく宿泊しました。 スタッフのホスピタリティはマリオット仕込みですが、形式にこだわらない柔軟な対応が素晴らしいです。 お部屋の設備も新品で、あえて浴槽を排して、レインシャワーブースが、トイレとは別にあります。 広くてふかふかなベッドで快適な睡眠が取れました。 朝食のレストランはありませんが、隣の敷地に「道の駅南山城村」があり、そこで「茶粥定食」をいただきました。 これから日光や、岐阜、北海道など、続々と各地にできるそうなので、宿泊してその周辺探索の旅を計画したいと思います。

フェアフィールドバイマリオットホテルは、めっちゃオシャレで快適空間！
道の駅に隣接されているから快適。
特に今回の京都みなみやましろ村は、お茶の産地だから抹茶ソフト、ほうじ茶プリンなどのスイーツや、地元でとれた野菜をつかった朝食、ランチや、朝の茶粥定食が最高に美味かった！
ちょっと高めのベッドはフカフカだけど……
人生２回目のベッドからの転落は高低差あって
痛かった（笑）連泊の翌朝にベッド柵をお願いして装着しちゃいました。
最寄駅はＪＲ関西本線月ヶ瀬駅！
小高い場所にある駅は無人駅、走る電車は１両のワンマン電車で、山の中を走る風景に癒されました。
