Das Zimmer ist angenehm und sauber, aber im Winter sollte man besser die Zimmer vorheizen. Das lächerlichste - ich besuche diese Hotel regelmäßig, seit November gibt es in den Zimmern keinen Kaffee oder nur einen koffeinfreien. Angeblich ist das wegen Lieferprobleme - wie bitte? - seit November kann man den Lieferanten leicht wechseln, oder in den nächsten Supermarkt gehen, und den Kaffee dort kaufen (wenn man wirklich auf Service bedacht wäre)

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut; die Innenstadt ist in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut und die Zimmer in Ordnung (schon eher älter). Die Sauberkeit hatte teilweise Luft nach oben (dreckige Bettwäsche, die nach Absprache aber sofort getauscht wurde, Teppich nicht ordentlich gesaugt). Die schlechteste Erfahrung war jedoch, dass am Samstagabend Geburtstag gefeiert wurde. Nirgends stand geschrieben, dass es um eine geschlossene Gesellschaft handelt. Als wir uns an die Bar setzten, erhielten wir erst auf Nachfrage die Rückmeldung, dass es heute keine Getränke/Essen gebe, da es sich um eine geschlossene Gesellschaft handelt. Wir reden hier von einer kleinen Bar und wir hätten uns auch ruhig verhalten oder ggf. die Getränke mit auf das Zimmer genommen. Ein Hinweis im Vorwege, dass es heute keinen Verzehr gibt, wäre ansonsten auch hilfreich gewesen. So war es einfach eine sehr negative Erfahrung.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer beruflicher Aufenthalt . Im Zimmer gab es eine alte eckbadewanne, in der Duschen eine kleine Herausforderung war und man leicht ausrutschen konnte. Barrierefrei und sicher war das leider nicht!

Es scheint keine Alternativen in Minden zu geben, Hotel ist OK, es gab keine Einweg-Hausschuhe, auch bei Nachfrage nicht und das bei Teppichboden.

Another great visit to this hotel, its a 5 min walk to the town square. Safe secure parking, recently refurbished spacious rooms, with mini bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good with plenty of choice. Highly recommended 👌
