It was a nice stay. The rooms smelled slightly of cigarette smoke from a previous guest who did not follow the rules, but overall it was a a pleasant stay that we associate with Hampton Inns.

The room was fairly clean and comfortable. The hotel wasn't very busy when we were there, so it was quiet and restful. The breakfast is a bit sub-par for a Hampton Inn, in my opinion, but okay. Overall, the value is great for the price (please note I used my points for this stay, but looked up the per night price which didn't seem to bad). I would stay here again.

Best of the hotels in Mineral Wells by just a little bit over Holiday Inn. Quiet with clean rooms, staff is always very nice and rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Upon arrival, no associate at front desk. Waited several minutes before someone arrived to check me in. Associate offered no greeting, not even a smile. Coffee station was not tidy and all products were cold.

Nice and clean, very quiet. Check in was great, moved me to the top floor as a last minute request with no issues. Only negative was housekeeping going door to door at 8am knocking to clean. Woke us up and we had gotten in late and had no need to be up early.
