住宿條件不錯，環境衞生整潔，靠近大學城，看望讀書的孩子方便。價格也比較實惠，周邊有正榮財富中心，有許多小吃店，吃美食也不遠。

樓下動工一個晚上基本睡不好，然後就是要吐槽洗澡設施，花灑是壞的，那個水沒沒尿來的大，唯一就是離考試地方近，接送服務挺好，設施這些都是比較久了，考生一直有生意還是不錯，就是相應設施老舊了
