住宿條件不錯，環境衞生整潔，靠近大學城，看望讀書的孩子方便。價格也比較實惠，周邊有正榮財富中心，有許多小吃店，吃美食也不遠。

樓下動工一個晚上基本睡不好，然後就是要吐槽洗澡設施，花灑是壞的，那個水沒沒尿來的大，唯一就是離考試地方近，接送服務挺好，設施這些都是比較久了，考生一直有生意還是不錯，就是相應設施老舊了

1.前台接待的服務特別差（這個前台是12月23日早上12:25分接待）,開發票態度很差。
2.22日讓服務員打擾衞生，床單也沒有換，我在房間的時候，地板也沒有拖一下，衹是把垃圾和毛巾換了
3.入住的時候，沒有提供早餐需要自費，我沒有去吃早餐，也直接扣了也按金10元，扣10元我也無所謂，生氣的事情是前台態度非常惡劣，沒有任何解釋，問為什麼扣的時候，聲音很大，表情讓人很不舒服。
4.早上10點開始，這邊樓下好像有裝修，就會開始叮咚叮咚的響沒有讓人睡好覺。
作為一名經常出差住酒店的，強烈建議大家不要輕易入住這酒店。這個酒店服務太差了
