房間衞生比較乾淨，店家安排的也是一次性浴巾內，而且房間空間也很大，淋浴器也是很充足，相比較其他店來説這是一次不錯的入驗，比其他店家的設施好許多。最主要是房東人很好！值得入住

這家住房非常棒！寬敞舒適的大房間，設備齊全的廚房和現代化的浴室，小區環境也非常好，安靜，無陽光直射。周邊設施完備，超市、葯店、餐廳一應俱全，交通便利，靠近地鐵站，房東非常非常友好，服務周到。強烈推薦！

1.位置偏遠 交通不便。 該民宿位置處於郊區的一個村落，從村口進去大約幾百米的距離且途徑的周圍感覺安全係數低，如果是女生的話建議結伴2.房間簡陋，安全性低。 大門是那種帶鎖的鐵門，樓梯還很窄，大約兩人並列站着的寬度，樓道陽台是那種鄉下的帶不銹鋼欄桿的陽台，房間的門是不能反鎖的，空調噪音大，性能一般，床偏硬,被子挺薄的，還有就是洗手間的門也是壞的，排水孔排水差，甚至漲水到房間，熱水也就花灑有熱水，馬桶還沒有蓋子，洗手間的窗户還有一半是泡沫板，晚上還有蚊蟲3.服務一般，有點強制消費。 申請退房時要求在評論上誠心五星好評，並且會扣掉一晚的費用綜上，儘量不要訂這家民宿，誰訂誰後悔。
