Great place to stay with kids. Convenient bar and pizza in the hotel.

It was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good.

We booked a last minute stay at this hotel as we were in Minot for a family getaway. We wanted a waterslide for the kids, so we booked the Comfort Suites. The room we were given was gross. It was not cleaned well and the sofa bed was extremely worn out and stained. There was also old popcorn on the floor and the hallway smelled like someone had been smoking in the building. We asked for a different room, but it wasn't much better. So, we decided to leave and find another hotel. I requested a refund because we had only been there for 15 minutes. I was told to come back the next day and talk to the manager. I did that, but the manager decided not to come to work. Instead, she told the lady at the front desk to deny my request. I insisted that I wanted to speak with management about by concerns. They said the only way was to send her an email. I did send an email but have received no response. I feel sorry for the staff at this hotel. They should not have to represent managment. In addition to all of this, they lied and claimed that we had been there for two hours before we decided to leave (again, we had only been there about 15 minutes). It was also implied that my complaints were based on the race of the staff working there. I find such accusations disgusting. I almost never leave hotel reviews, but I am doing so this time in order to warn families that this place is neither sanitary nor friendly. If you are not satisfied with your stay, don't expect any sympathy or any refund. The hotel may look "ok" in the pictures. But, please trust the reviews. Book somewhere else.

Great place to stay when travelling through

Everything was clean and well maintained, helpful friendly staff. No complaints at all.

Dirty, still food on floors from prior guests, toilet had pee all over it still, bed wasn’t on frame, bed frame sticking out into walkway, tv didn’t work.

Room was good. Our family loved the pool and slides. Only thing to complain about there was that the pool water and air temperature were both very cold. Made getting in a challenge but otherwise great. All but one staff were amazing. Polite, accommodating, and worked hard. The only exception was the gentleman who checked us in the first day. He was gruff and seemed annoyed that he had to deal with us, despite us being the only people there. Probably just having a bad day.
