No refund was given after i missed reservation due to being stuck at airport. Obviously no one can cancel a reservation when they are 35000 feet in the air

Walking distance to Perkins dinner. Carpet in room needs good cleaning. Sink handles cracked and leak when turned on.

The property is a little bit dated but it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Great location if you are in town for some shopping.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our fridge wasn’t working so they put our items in the hotel fridge. The room was clean but dated. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance.
My only concern is we paid in Cdn dollars through ******* but it would have been cheaper to pay the American price plus the exchange.

I love it here so welcoming and clean staff is amazing and on top of there game! For the negative people in the comments y'all are just unsatisfied with your lives and probably spoiled hence gotta bring others down, go stay at guess lodge wahwahs!
