老房子老設施，便宜價格，湊合一晚，適合單身。
位置好，城區核心地段，邊上就是旅遊老街，附近有吃飯的，交通方便。
房間可以看出還是有打掃衞生的，就是設施確實老舊損毀了，床會晃動，門木頭很多腐壞了。
需要按金20，服務員還是熱情的。

連續住好幾天，整體是不錯的，畢竟這個價格擺在這裏，服務態度都不錯，有一個會差一些。熱水器自己會跳閘。衞生有待加強，船頭總會聞到臭味不知道哪裡來的。這邊雖然沿街但是確出奇的安靜，房間和房間之間隔音不錯，就是樓道內發出的聲音比較響。想要性價比這裏還是可以一住的
