Excellent hotel, with a good location (there is a shopping center in the hotel itself, Pushkinskaya metro station is nearby - ideal!, Green supermarket, Dodo-pizza and much more). The room is spacious, daily cleaning (and every day they give shampoo + gel + soap in small packages), the bed is clean, there is a towel for the body, face-hands and feet (the first time I saw this in hotels of this category). The Internet is average, not fast and not slow. The staff is 120% polite (thank you all!). I did not use the internal restaurant and pizzeria, I can not rate it. In general, 11 days of stay were a joy. I will stay again (it's a pity that all the places for the New Year have already been booked :( ).

Average hotel with old facilities, convenient shopping malls around, subway and bus stations, and large parking lot.
Wide view, good environment, no noise, safe and comfortable.

Nice hotel, really liked the single superior room. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, huge windows with a gorgeous view of the city. Purely. If I'm in Minsk again, I'll check into this hotel again. I took off a star for the broken lock, but they came right away and fixed it. And in one place the wallpaper came off the wall.

The condition of the rooms in the middle price segment leaves much to be desired, you will find: tired worn-out floor coverings, plumbing fixtures, CRT TV, dirty windows and curtains that do not protect against car noise, old fluorescent lighting lamps behind the curtain rods, broken wardrobe doors. At the same time, the biggest disadvantage is the formal, indifferent and callous attitude of the administration representatives towards the comments and requests of residents. Huge words of “gratitude” to the Orbita Hotel for the discomfort and ruined mood.

A good hotel, built in the Soviet era. Great location, near the metro, which makes it possible to get to any sights very quickly. Good luxury rooms, I don't know about others. Clean everywhere, quite friendly staff. There are shops nearby. For a short period of time, we would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful accommodation not for all the money in the world. Yes, not in the center, but the metro is very close. From the room window (12th floor, however!) - a wonderful view of the whole city. And nearby there are cafes, shops, a supermarket with an excellent huge section of ready-made food.

A strong provincial-Soviet style that has not eroded over the past 30 years. Including the style of communication of the staff with clients (with the exception of the maid on the 13th floor - the sweetest lady, apparently, is the exception here). Under no circumstances choose this place in the warm season - there is absolutely no ventilation in the rooms (there is also no air conditioning, but at least this is clear from the description), the stuffiness is terrible, even at night, when the temperature outside drops to 16-18, it is impossible to sleep - with the window fully open, the room does not cool down, you sleep wet all night, the whole bed is wet by the morning, the pillows are soaking wet. And this is only at plus 27-28 degrees during the day, maximum. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom is in excellent condition, the bed linen and towels are clean and unwashed (maybe I was just lucky))). But this in no way compensates for the hellish heat in the rooms and rusty water. Disgusting quality of tap water. On the 13th floor, the hot water was ALWAYS rusty, no matter how much you drained it. On the morning of the second day, the cold water became rusty. This is simply unthinkable; it’s scary to wash your face with such water. In general - all the delights of service from a state-owned enterprise (yes, this is a state-owned hotel). You can spend the night only in a hopeless situation and under no circumstances in the summer.

Firstly, the key fob weighs at least 500 grams. It is extremely inconvenient to carry it with you. Secondly, when we checked in, they didn’t know what kind of breakfast we were including (continental or buffet) and what time it started. In the room I saw information that breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00. I arrived at 7:10 and was checked in. There was no division into any groups in the lists. It turns out I had to arrive at 8:00, which was not written anywhere. As a result, I was offered to sit until 8:00 or purchase breakfast at my own expense (for which I had already paid).
