Perfect, great breakfast just what we needed

Lovely rooms, always kept to a very high standard and clean , staff always willing to help, nothing too much trouble for them!

Very impressed with the welcome,cleanliness ,comfy bed, very friendly staff. There are toiletries in the bathroom and if you forget anything,they have complimentary items (see picture) Breakfast well cooked and presented very well,lots of choice,if you want GF or veggie sausages just order 1st as they say allow 15mins. All in all a very enjoyable trip

Don’t skip this hotel by looking at the exterior. It looks tired and worn from outside. I have to say ‘What have we booked’ No fear. Once you walk through the door it transports you to a very smart hotel. Decor inside is very good. Rooms are very acceptable, clean, smart and everything you need. Staff were very welcoming and very helpful with any needs. Overall this was great value for money.

Came for one night with pals for an event in Margate. Lovely helpful and efficient staff. They sent back my forgotten pillow so a huge thank you! Super comfortable beds and all very clean and modern... even the sofa bed was comfy. Please do something about the weeds outside - it spoils the wonderful interior. Cathy xx

Lovely hotel my sister found we booked 3 family rooms & large double as we were meeting family from broadstairs , we found the hotel very clean & our bed was huge very comfortable! We stayed for two nights breakfast was superb we had such a lovely stay we will definitely stay here again ! Tried a few hotels in the area but this is definitely the one we would re book now every time & staff were very friendly . Looking forward to returning in the future

Becky and aliya are lovely, amazing service all round, she also cooked the breakfast which was 10/10. Cannot wait to retern. Kevin also cooks me crossiants when i was early, zoe recomemd amazing food locally for when i was outside of hotels resterant opperating times. Maimtinance man very helpful with issues with air conditioning.

Decent location if you are exploring the area. Good standard as always from Holiday Inn chain. Clean spacious room. No complaints Nice bar area. Good breakfast. Buffet style not over stocked so had ro wait 10 minutea for a restock, which for me is a positive as you now its fresshly prepared

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was very nice.Breakfast wasn't bad the bar area was very nice. Our room we stayed in was room 210 it was a nice room the only thing that let it down was the mould in the bathroom and the carpets were dirty and stained in the room it definitely needs a good clean would I stay again? Most probably if it was cleaner in the room.

A great place to stay, lovely rooms, great staff and a great breakfast, meeting rooms with refreshments are excellent and the staff amazing. There are plenty of parking spaces available so parking is never a problem. Directly adjacent to a dual carriageway, very easy to get to.

Two years since I was last here and found the staff and facilities unchanged (which was largely a good thing). Good selection for breakfast my only criticism is that the bap rolls were dry. Either they were left out too long or are of poor quality.

Booked Holiday Inn Express Ramsgate - Minster for 1 night and arrived after 7pm. The room was ready for us and we were quickly checked in. We left the hotel to grab dinner, but the eateries we went were closing so we bought some ready-to-eat and beverages. The hotel staff were happy to heat up the food for us, and provided plates and cutleries so that we need not eat out of the box. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and food were replenished when running low, and the coffee machine was a definite plus. When we visited, there were sufficient parking especially when we returned to the hotel late at night. Definitely recommended.
