The location is very convenient, near the city's transportation hub. The room isn't large, but the facilities are new; air conditioning, hot water, and a clean bed are all you need. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't included.

A typical business hotel, relatively new and clean, with a good location. The only downside is that the rooms aren't very large. Other highlights include good quality mattresses with a firmness suitable for Asians; my sleep quality has improved significantly since moving here from the nearby Jose Antonio hotel. Later, a staff member told me the owner is a Peruvian of Chinese descent. As for breakfast, I thought the individual items were quite good quality, though the selection was limited, but that's typical for hotels in this area. I wouldn't recommend it for couples with a lot of luggage, as the rooms are a bit small. However, it's a great choice for single travelers or those with minimal luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at IKONIK Hotel in Lima. The location is excellent — perfectly situated to explore the city, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key attractions. What truly made the difference was the outstanding customer service. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lima, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay and a good value for the money. I booked the smallest room which was a little cramped but we made it work. Overall the entire hotel has a very modern and upscale feel for that price point. The shower was great the bed was comfortable and queen size.the pillows were sub par. The reception was ok, the door man was fantastic . Room was clean and modern, everything was good. The only problem I have and why I reduced a star is because they ignored my do not disturb door hangar and still entered our room while my wife and I were away. They do not respect that , that is a big problem for me. I’d probably still stay there again but I’d upgrade to a larger room for more space if 2 people. We skipped the overpriced breakfast because there’s plenty of places to eat breakfast for cheaper just across the street.
