This hotel is not a new hotel but it has undergone a complete facelift so it feels like a completely new hotel. The decor is very nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are big and are completely renovated too.

The only downside to my stay was the hotel's expensive cost, otherwise it was strategically located in Miraflores and the room was great. The service too was also good.

Location is unbeatable right in the Miraflores neighborhood. We stayed on the floor where all the rooms was newly renovated so that was very nice. Pool was closed for some reason, the spa locker rooms didn’t seem that lux. Staff were ok, nothing special, felt business-y and not very personal. Would stay here again.

Overall it's good, but the price of nearly 3000 is not cost-effective. I don't recommend trying the sea view room. It's far from the coast, the quality of the sea is poor, there's nothing to see, and the price is at least 1000 more expensive than similar Hilton hotels nearby
