窗簾是壞的，中午報修，晚上還沒給修。換班後的前台説會聯繫白班前台詢問此事，但不確保當晚能修，事不關己，推諉的態度很氣人。儘管晚上十點左右進房間後發現窗簾已經修好，但入住後仔細觀察才發現，浴缸裏全是污泥，吹風機是壞的，保險箱也沒有，有圖有真相。注意:我所訂的還是該酒店價格最高的房型，不敢想象其他房間是什麼樣子。由於已經太晚，衹能在此忍了一夜。必須差評。建議大家但凡其他酒店有房，也不要在此酒店找罪受。

El hotel es como está en las fotos, todo el personal amable, Gilbert en el restaurante fue muy atento, empatico y nos brindo información valiosa de sitios para visitar. La habitación y el baño limpio, no se sienten ruidos. Nos volveríamos a quedar.

Excelente servicio, viajamos desde chile y no tuvimos ningún problema para llegar al hotel, un hotel que es algo antiguo pero que entrega un excelente servicio en todas sus áreas. Cuenta con aire acondicionado por cierto. Además, quiero hacer una mención al señor Gilbert, personal de bufet, su trabajo es muy profesional, es una persona muy amable y también entrega buenos consejos para visitar Lima y sus alrededores, preocupado por que no falte nada. Es un trabajo ejemplar. Pd: debería tener un aumento salarial. 💪🏼

Excelente hotel. Un muy buen hotel con un excelente servicio, la habitación es muy cómoda, se destaca la limpieza. La gente muy amable y cordial. En especial Gilbert en el restaurant, siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas, y entregar información de lugares para visitar. El desayuno buffet es bien completo y variado, contiene frutas, yogurth, cereales, pan, etc. Su ubicación es buena en pleno distrito de Miraflores, puedes caminar tranquilo a variados lugares turísticos, muy seguro.
