The hotel was clean but our room was terrible humid and the sheets and blankets were wet. Housekeeping was great but you are in lima and you must have a dehumidifier in rooms if not a heater

The room was clean and nice, but the noise from the refrigerator motor was bothersome. Also, the next morning there was construction going on in a nearby room, which made the noise bothersome.

The room is super small and the breakfast is super bad, but the surrounding environment is very good. It is in a wealthy area. It is very safe and the room is well ventilated.

Excellent service, very good breakfasts, very good and varied, the room comfortable and very clean, the staff very friendly, the location close to everything, especially security, you can go for a walk and get to know Miraflores, highly recommended

The location is convenient and safe. There is a parking space and a garage, so it's convenient for renting a car. The breakfast buffet is decent. And the price is reasonable.

This was a great location for our team that came to Lima to work with area churches. It was close to restaurants, easy for Ubers to pick us up, and had a great place for us to gather/hang out at night. They also went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. If you're looking for a close hotel that is close to everything this one is a good one.

Poor communication
The hotel is in a poor Location far from shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. However I accidentally booked the wrong dates, I understand they didn’t have a refund policy but I just asked if they could move my booking to my preferred dates. They were quite ambiguous and deceiving telling me it’s no problem and they can accomodate me this evening. Only to arrive and still be charged on top of my original booking. Very disappointing. I understand it’s my mistake and happy to cop that but I would have appreciated clear honest and upfront communication
