Hotel Jose Antonio

Great location especially for food, shopping, paddington and the dollar store incase you forget anything (I had to buy new flipflops £2!) Area felt very safe. Negatives - only given 1 uncomfortable pillow and the swimming pool is in the other hotel opposite but there are NO signs or information about it anywhere!

Great hotel in a central location. Fantastic breakfast and very comfortable, clean rooms. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Comfortable hotel, the breakfast buffet was good. Very well located, four blocks away on Larco Avenue is Larcomar, the Miraflores shopping center, and the coastal promenade. A 10-minute walk away is the Benavidez station, where the Metropolitano C takes you to downtown Lima in 15 minutes to visit beautiful old LIMA.

Great from start to finish. A very warm welcome by reception staff, included a free welcome drink of Pisco sour! Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Had a safe, mini bar/fridge and tea making facilities. The lifts were always in working order and were quick. We had room service on our first evening, took around 30 minutes, portions were generous and hot, and very tasty! Breakfast ran from 6am - 10am and had a reasonable selection, from local delicacies and scrambled egg/bacon etc, along with juices, fruit, pastries, tea/coffee. We had a trip booked with an early pick up and they kindly allowed us to grab some breakfast beforehand. Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the coast, felt safe and over the road from a minimart which was handy.

Our room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. They say it is a 4 star property but that wasn't our experience. The best part of our stay there was in the bar area, at night they let us sit in the bar area for hours and talk. Because the bartender was so nice, we all order Pisco Sours which were very good. The location is good.

Super 5 star staff service at 4 star prices. Family run chain with big emphasis on service and exceptionally friendly staff. All the facilities of a bigger chain but more organic and welcoming. Mara in reception and Dana in the bar have the laughter and Pisco Sour skills to make one feel at home, plus longtime staff Carlos and Esteban who remain with the small chain by choice after decades, a proof of the hotel's decision to make everyone comfortable, including staff.

All in all a hidden gem in Milafores...Jose Antonio rocks. This beautifully located hotel does everything in style. Leaving the welcome aside the room. Equipped with the best quality material. And I have slept on the best mattress till now. The bathtub is just fantastic with hand handles, very, very elegant. The room has. A well place toilet a full immer. Chest of drawers, a good wardrobe, save clock. Antique lamps, a refrigerator kettle and cups with beverage supplies. A beautiful Peruvian painting, a television, a working desk. A relaxing desk can take a chair and uh, we can. The noise level was absolutely no no. I enjoyed every moment in this room.

Great service from Front Desk Cesar, server Eduardo, Room attendant Rosanna who were very helpful and professional. Our 6F room was nice, clean, spacious but we can hear the street noise. Buffet breakfast was delicious and nice restaurant ambiance. Great hotel location.
