It was a terrible experience and most likely will be my last stay there. We arrived 1 pm and we were super tired and asked if possible to get the room a little earlier. The girl working there took it personal like it’s a war, if I go to the room before 3:00 I win and she loses!! She did ZERO EFFORT to help even though we were sleeping at the lobby! Plus that I found a spider on the wall and the bed has bedbugs it was the most uncomfortable sleeping night ever.

This hotel is really great! Even though it's not widely recommended online, its location is a bit far from the city center, but it's super convenient to get to the old town by bus. Plus, I got a currency exchange rate of 3.42 when others were offering 3.45, and a Claro unlimited monthly SIM card for only $20. The staff are also wonderful, and the location feels very safe.

Perfect location! Plenty of nearby establishments that really help make the stay convenient. The room was super new, and the bathroom was spotless with a powerful shower. Every detail was exactly as shown in the listing photos. I'll definitely be back multiple times.

Generally the stay is quite enjoyable. Breakfast is doable, customer service is excellent and location is just perfect! So many restaurants and even a supermarket within walking distance.
However, small issue is that the air conditioning in my room is leaking. Although they kinda “fixed” it, still can see/hear water dripping to the floor. The hallway tend to be dark as well, understand it’s motion sensor. No biggie on this part.

One of the best Ibis hotels in our S. American trip. It was clean, and everything worked as they should be.
We were assigned a room with street view and we liked it. The room was what we expected of Ibis standard. The Wong Supermarket was about 250m from the hotel, otherwise you could have meals in the hotel restaurant, which we did, and was pleased with the food.

Clean modern hotel for a good price - trade off is it is a bit on the outside of where everything is in Miraflores but walkable and also bike station near by - highly recommend using the bikes to save your legs.
