It was one of the poorest service I received in a hotel, employees don´t care much about customers. Either at the reception or at the restaurante they lack training and investment. Not so polite as well. All the 4 days I had to ask for towells and they clean the room and does not leave enough towels. Restaurant = Do not GO. Food is so so and there is a lack of employees resulting in a poor service as well. Overall the hotel is good, clean, renewed but lack some basic things, good staff, iron, refrigerator and common areas.
