The location is superb. Near the airport bus stop, the landmark Kennedy Park is only a 4-minute walk away.
The sanitary environment is very good and the room is clean. If you get sick due to acclimatization, you need hot water, and the waiters are also willing to solve the problem.

It was one of the poorest service I received in a hotel, employees don´t care much about customers. Either at the reception or at the restaurante they lack training and investment. Not so polite as well. All the 4 days I had to ask for towells and they clean the room and does not leave enough towels. Restaurant = Do not GO. Food is so so and there is a lack of employees resulting in a poor service as well. Overall the hotel is good, clean, renewed but lack some basic things, good staff, iron, refrigerator and common areas.

Beautiful Hotel and excellent service!! Diego, front desk, gave an outstanding service and took the time to answer all our questions. Diego gave the extra mile, preparing us expreso coffee as a barista, since we departed very early in the morning (prior breakfast hours) for a full day tour. I do recommend the Hotel!!
