Habitaciones amplias y limpias aunque con camas separadas: 6 habitación que sacamos, 6 con camas separadas. Cuando solicitamos si alguna podría ser con cama de matrimonio nos dijeron que habíamos sacado camas separadas. Le indiqué que no, que en booking la opción que te dan es 1 o 2 camas pero que no puedes elegir. Nos sentimos engañados ya que inicialmente nos dijo que no sabía si había disponibilidad y a los 2 min nos dijo que no había sin que se hubiera acercado a ningún lado para comprobarlo. Personal de recepción muy desagradable. Un 10% plus para extranjeros que no está incluido en el precio que consta en booking.

El hotel es lindo, tiene de todo, las habitaciones muy cómodas, aclimatadas, el desayuno delicioso, buena ubicación, cuenta con estacionamiento. Todo estuvo muy bien excepto por el agua, el segundo día no tuvimos agua sólo en el inodoro y tuvimos que utilizar un balde. Este incidente podría pens**** que es algo fortuito, pero al llamar a consejería nos contestaron que esperemos nomas que eso suele pasar pero que ya se regulariza, lo cual nunca paso y tuvimos que pedir un balde lo que generó incomodidad. Es una lástimas en un hotel 4 estrellas que sucedan estás cosas; por lo demás todo excelente.

I did not realize it when I booked this hotel, but there are several Jose Antonio Hotels in Lima. I suppose it is something like a Hilton in the US. I was to join our travel group and was coming in early. So long story short, I booked the wrong Jose Antonio Hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I arrived late from the US, and they couldn't find my reservation. The young man at the desk made a few phone calls, and he figured it out for me. I decided to just stay for one night and join the group the next day. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The hotel must be used as meeting and convention space as there are rooms, a very large reception area, and some beautiful artwork. I had a complimentary breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was exception. All in all, I was very happy I stayed there.

Very helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good restaurant and room service. But for me, the problem was noise. One side of the hotel is next to bars and discos and the music seeps into the rooms. The other side is next to one of the main streets in Miraflores jammed with honking traffic.
