The overall specifications of the hotel are good, with complete facilities, large and clean rooms, and a great location. The downside is that check-in must be after 15:00, the bed is too soft, and the service attitude of some people at the front desk is very average, with an expression of annoyance on their faces, and they don't even realize it. The service attitude of hotels in Peru is really different from that in Chile

I was one of the members of our tour group staying at this beautiful hotel in MiraFlores. It is a beautiful hotel: beautifully appointed rooms, very quiet, and in a good location. I enjoyed the free breakfast, although I am puzzled why no one was ever present at the omelette station. The juices were good. If you like not dry, scrambled eggs and barely cooked bacon then you are happy. The only suggestion that I have is for directions, in English, for those of us who do not know how to work two remotes to get the TV working.

Does not have air conditioning as advertised, it should not be listed as an amenity, we were told there is no AC in the whole hotel. The rooms were nice but room was 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 26-27 Celsius. I wish the fridge was empty so you could store leftovers in it.
