We enjoy staying at the Residence Inn when we are visiting Miramar Beach and are glad to see they are currently renovating the entire hotel.

Property was being renovated, which is fine, except that we were placed in a room next to their outdoor work area and under a room they were working on. Also, due to renovations, breakfast was poor. In the past it has been very good. I love this property from past visits, just wish we would have been notified that the renovations were ongoing and that the quality of stay would suffer.

I was a little concerned because it is under renovation, so is a little noisy. But, management was excepcional on customer service. Definitely they care more about customer satisfaction than the money itself.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. It has gone through major renovations over the last two years. The upgrades were badly needed but through it all the staff worked hard to meet the many challenges and satisfy everone in general. They are about the best group of people that we have come across in the service industry, without question. Now the renovations are almost complete the hotel is transformed into a warm welcoming environment The breakfast area has a good selection, well stocked and excellent cleanliness. I have no hesitation on returning and encouage guests to remember someone follows after you and the cleaning staff have limited time at each room to keep the rooms as excellent as they are today.

The stay was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment would be we were there during some renovations, so you did hear some hammering, but the staff was well adapted to the changes and provided good service. I would stay again.

I wish I had been told before I booked that they were going under a reconstruction. I worked from my room and for 3 days all I heard was banging. The room right next to mine was completely destructed - the worker apologized but it didnt stop him from letting the door slam behind him literally 20 times. I just wish I would have known and I would have booked elsewhere. The staff was very friendly though.
