We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona)
The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt)
The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea)
The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah.
The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place.
Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests.
There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests.
The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love.
The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks.

It was great experience I had a lovely time staying in Alila Hinu Bay in Salalah The staff are so nice they were so helpful I want to thank all of them Adnan, Hussain, Dunia,Shakeel Ahmed,Eka, Swetta,Maryam, Akash ,Shanous , Asel and the Bihari chap and I couldn't forget The chef Mr. Ibrahim he is such a nice man and the way he meet the visitors / guests and asking them about the food and giving the attention to each and every one. Just If you want to feel you are home among your family just stay in this resort.

Wir haben uns vom Anfang bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel ist in allen Bereichen wunderschön und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und angenehm. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und haben trotz viel Sport zugekommen - das spricht für das leckere Essen ;-) Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, an einer wunderschönen Bucht gelegen - perfekt für einen ruhigen Erholungsurlaub. Es stehen aber auch Aktivitäten und Ausflüge zur Auswahl, falls man es nicht ganz so ruhig haben möchte. Empfehlen können wir die Yogastunden - die besten, die wir je hatten!

Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderbar, weitläufig und sehr gepflegt. Die einsame Alleinlage ist traumhaft. Das Essen ist in allen Restaurants sehr gut jedoch ist für viele Gerichte ein Aufpreis bei HP fällig was mich persönlich stört. Hier geht es nicht nur um Lobster und Rinderfilet sonder auch um eigenltich normale Gerichte und auch bei Vorspeisen !!!! Die Preise für Getränke sind ebenfalss schon sehr hoch. Das Personal ist durchgehend sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit besonders möchte ich hier Dharmmika erwähnen mit dem wir eine Radtour gemacht haben und er sich sonst sehr freundlich um uns am Bech gekümmer hat. Im Restaurant möchte ich ebenfalls Rainese hervorheben der sehr freunlich und aufmerksam ist und uns bereis am 2. Tag mit dem Namen angesprochen hat. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub zur Erholung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Für Entspannung genau richtig. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Alkohol ist allerdings teuer. Auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert.

The luxury of the hotel can be enjoyed in a protected natural environment. The service, the staff and the cuisine are excellent. No wish was left unfulfilled. The villas with pool also offer plenty of peace and privacy. Those who like to observe wild animals up close will also get their money's worth... from camels to dolphins... without being in "danger". We will definitely come back!

Terrible! Value for money…not at all! Poor service: no beach service, SPA with sauna at 30 degrees and/or turned off. Menu always identical: the same dishes are always offered for a week! Minimalist and poorly maintained location, indolent staff. Absolutely do not recommend!
