Bel endroit pour un dîner sous les tilleuls et catalpa. Excellent accueil. Recettes originales en plus du cassoulet : lotte en papillote, magret succulent accompagné de frites parfaites et haricots verts. Tarte citron meringué maison parfaite.

We were in this hotel in January 2023, it was freezing then and the hotel was warm a cosy. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had two rooms, both were quiet and clean with a good shower and air conditioning. We didn't have breakfast but we had lunch and dinner both delicious with an excellent service and in the courtyard garden which is very pleasant. There is free parking and it is well located in the centre of the old town. Ideal for the cathedral, shops, cafes and the Monday market. Good value for money and to be recommended.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de la ville à deux pas de la très belle place centrale.
Bon restaurant, chambre confortable. Belle terrasse ombragée. Service impeccable.

Nous sommez certes arrivés un peu tard, mais nous nous sommes excusés (nous celibrions un mariage) ! Le gérant nous a accueilli très très froidement, à la limite du desagreable !
La chambre est petite et décoré très sobrement.... l eau chaude a mis 5 bonnes minutes à arriver (pas très ecolo)
Quand a l isolation phonique : zéro ! Nous avons ete derangé par les voisins de chambre en nous couchant et par les cloches sonnant la messe en nous levant.
Nous n avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car il pleuvait.
Vraiment dommage ! Car l hotel est tres bien situé

Bel Acceuil . Hôtel très propre. Possibilité du petit déjeuner . Possibilité de restauration (carte très correcte) chambre confortable . Emplacement à proximité pour le véhicule . Commerces à proximité . Ballade possible le long de l’hers. Il y a un petit lac à proximité .

En déplacement familial j'avais réservé 3 chambres dont une chambre familiale pour 1 couple avec 3 enfants. L'hôtel est en plein centre de Mirepoix mais très calme. La décoration est agréable. Le repas du soir était servi dans une grande cour arborée. Cuisine traditionnelle soignée avec beaucoup de choix et des menus enfants bien adaptés. Très bien pour le petit déjeûner en self service. Très bien aussi pour l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Stationnement sans problème à proximité

Lovely 12 th century old village with a beautiful small central square. Small hotel with quaint room with most amenities but making up with a fabulous garden restaurant that provided us with one of the best meals during our traveling in France. I will gladly stay there again and again!!
